Indie lip tints seem to be all the rage lately and I can definitely see why! After I fell in love with Haus of Gloi's Rosy Lipped Lip Tint from their Yule release, I went looking for more of these low-effort, easy-application, moisturizing lip products.
Notoriously Morbid recently introduced four Glass Lip Tints, merging a sheer color into their already beloved Coffin Kisser lip balm formula. They released the first, Glass Apples, as a surprise in their August Vanishing Cabinet, the Notoriously Morbid regular subscription service. Glass Apples and three other shades appeared for sale shortly after.
Glass Apples is the most pigmented shade. This was surprising to me as Glass Berries is definitely the darkest. All four have the same moisturizing lip balm formula and have the same smooth feel. The color lasted for about 2-3 hours though with some (Glass Peaches for example), it was hard to tell.
Since the colors are so sheer, they're all very similar when applied but there is a slight variation. Glass Berries is definitely a bit more purple and Glass Apples is the brightest. Glass Peaches is the least pigmented but I actually liked the way it evened out my natural lip color with just a hint of added color.
The lip tints are scented according to their names but you can also request non-scented versions.
One very minor complaint, the labels on my lip tints started peeling off right after I opened them. Some packing tape made for an easy fix but just something to keep in mind!

From the website: Glass Apples (Red) scented Mac Apple.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Flavor (Includes essential oils, natural extracts & artificial flavors). May contain: Castor Oil, Red #7, Red #33, Orange #5, titanium dioxide.
Personal Comments: The most pigmented and the brightest shade of the four. It smells like a very sweet version of apples - like what you'd expect from an apple-flavored candy. Applied over bare lips. This picture was taken under daylight bulbs.

From the website: Glass Peaches (orangy peach) scented Peach.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Flavor (Includes essential oils, natural extracts & artificial flavors). May contain: Castor Oil, Red #7, Red #33, Orange #5, titanium dioxide.
Personal Comments: There is currently a note on the product page that says that Glass Peaches has been removed for reformulation. I hope that it comes back in the same shade because I really liked this one. It's a great my-lips-but-better shade on me in that it really evens out my natural lip color in a subtle way and adds a slight pinky tint. The scent is a milky peach - like a cream plus peach flavored candy. Applied over bare lips. This picture was taken under daylight bulbs.

From the website: Glass Strawberries (light pink) scented Strawberry.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Flavor (Includes essential oils, natural extracts & artificial flavors). May contain: Castor Oil, Red #7, Red #33, Orange #5, titanium dioxide.
Personal Comments: This shade is more of a bright pink in direct light but shows more subtly indoors. It has that creamy note in the scent as well...I'm beginning to think that I might just associate fruit scents with candy. Applied over bare lips. This picture was taken under daylight bulbs.

From the website: Glass Berries (Dark Purple) scented Mixed Berries.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Flavor (Includes essential oils, natural extracts & artificial flavors). May contain: Castor Oil, Red #7, Red #33, Orange #5, titanium dioxide.
Personal Comments: When applied, this looks very similar to Glass Apples though it's not as bold. It has less of a red note and more of a purple to it. I thought this one smelled the closest to a real fruit scent than the others. Applied over bare lips. This picture was taken under daylight bulbs.
