THE VERDICT:
Do you change the makeup remover you use depending on the season? I do. I primarily use oil- based makeup removers, but during summer, I switch to water- based ones because for one, oil is thick and it feels hot on the skin especially in this weather, not to mention I sweat with it and my face turns into a hot mess. :p However, water-based makeup removers aren't necessarily allergy- free because you have to be reminded that they contain other extracts too that could trigger an allergic reaction in your skin so choose wisely. If you've got sensitive skin, you could opt for VMV Hypoallegenics' new Oil-Free Quick and Complete Makeup Remover.
