Houston hotties, roll up.

Two months after releasing Suga, ferocious rapper Megan Thee Stallion returns with a royal guest on a remix of that project's lead single.

Over the course of four minutes, fellow Houston native Beyoncé adds four original verses to "Savage (Remix)," bragging about how her hips would rule TikTok and inheriting her attitude from the mother monarch, Tina Knowles, over a subtly pounding, house-music-indebted piano. And because "classy" comes first, both Megan and Beyoncé have pledged to give their portions of the song's proceeds to Bread of Life, a Houston nonprofit providing disaster relief to those impacted by COVID-19.

Last month, Meg gave a middle finger to The Man when she filed a suit against her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment. Meg had entered renegotiations with her label after signing to Jay-Z's management company, Roc Nation, and alleges that she was blocked from releasing new music after talks went south. A judge in Texas granted Megan a temporary restraining order against 1501 and its CEO, Carl Crawford, which allowed her to drop Suga on March 6. (Crawford has denied the allegations.)

Megan carved out a name for herself last year with the motto, if not the song, of summer after releasing the catchphrase-laden mixtape Fever in May. After appearing as one of the four surprise headliners for NPR Music's Tiny Desk Fest in October 2019, Megan told NPR in a post-show interview that she would premiere a new alter-ego on her forthcoming debut album.

"Her name is Suga. She's besties with Tina Snow," she explained.

Although the titular character of Suga appears on last month's mixtape, Megan's proper debut album is still to come.

Beyoncé Flexes on Remix of Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Savage’ - Rolling Stone

Beyoncé amps up Megan Thee Stallion's recent hit "Savage" even more with a fun and flouncy remix. Their share of proceeds from the track will benefit their shared hometown of Houston through the organization Bread of Life.

The "Savage Remix" feels like it was always meant to be a duet between the pair, with Beyoncé offering up multiple verses as well as some vocal runs that seamlessly blend with the smooth beat. On her verses, Yoncé smoothly raps and name-checks TikTok, where the original song took off, OnlyFans and her mom Tina Knowles.

Staying in line with Megan's original version, the song remains a self-empowerment anthem. "Talkin' to myself in the mirror like/'Bitch you my boo,'" the Grammy winner sings angelically. The song was first released as a Tidal Exclusive but premiered on YouTube Thursday afternoon with an animated visualizer featuring a horse and a "Welcome to Houston" sign.

"Savage Remix" is Beyoncé's first new song since her Lion King companion album The Gift. For Megan, "Savage" follows a busy few years. The track was featured on her EP Suga, which came out in March. It followed the 2019 mixtape Fever

Savage Challenge Creator Remixes Choreography For Beyoncé's 'Savage Remix'

If you haven't uploaded your Savage Challenge video to your social media profile, don't bother—because it's time to stretch those knees for the #SavageChallenge2.

The original dance was created by 19-year-old choreographer Keara Wilson (known as Queen.Keeee on Instagram), and everyone from your little sister to your line sister raced to outdo each other on Instagram and TikTok as Megan Thee Stallion rapped about being "classy, bougie, ratchet, sassy, moody, nasty."

And Wednesday, the rapper who gifted us with 2019's "Hot Girl Summer" dropped the "Savage" remix, featuring fellow Houston rocket Beyoncé.

And Wilson was ready, of course. Dressed in a black crop top, distressed jeans and a crisp pair of Jays, she premiered her moves to the remix on TikTok and Instagram as Bey slid onto the track with honey-coated vocals: "Queen B, want no smoke with me. Been turnt, this motherf–ker up eight hundred degree."

And your favorite stallion let folks know that "haters kept my name in they mouth, now they gaggin'."

Fans like Taraji P. Henson may need Wilson to post a tutorial for those who think an eight count refers to toilet paper. The Oscar-nominated actress popped up in Wilson's comments saying, "Wayment, I don't have the first one down yet! Can you do another slow version for the slow learners."

The "Savage Remix" took social media by storm Wednesday and was trending for hours. It's a good thing, too, because proceeds will be donated to Houston's Bread of Life pandemic relief efforts.
